Child Safety & Age Policy

RetroTorque is a classic car community and is not directed at children. Because the site includes member profiles, groups, comments, photos, messages, events and user-generated content, we take age and child-safety issues seriously.

Minimum age

Users under 13 should not create a RetroTorque account. Users aged 13 to 17 should only use the site with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.

Events and real-world meets

Under-18s attending RetroTorque events or venue meets should be accompanied by a responsible adult unless an event page clearly says otherwise. Venue rules and safeguarding expectations apply.

Personal information

Young users should not post home addresses, school details, private contact details, precise location information or anything that could put them at risk.

Reporting concerns

If you believe a child or young person is at risk, or if content involves grooming, exploitation, abuse, threats or other illegal activity, report it immediately using the Report Content page or contact [email protected]. We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence and contact relevant authorities where appropriate.
